Backtagging: Yes.
Threadhopping: Absolutely. I find it fun and entertaining.
Fourthwalling: Preferably not. He'll probably be pretty jarred by the transition in the first place.
Offensive subjects: Absolutely. It's rp, not real life.

Hugging this character: He needs it but he probably won't be keen on it. He's not really a physical affection type.
Kissing this character: He has a wounded kokoro. I wouldn't advice it without pre-established CR, but light-hearted cheek smooches might be okay too.
Flirting with this character: Prepare for the awkward.
Fighting with this character: Sure, but don't expect him to roll over completely. He is former FBI.
Killing this character: Mmmmmmm... let's talk, but for now, no thank.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: See below.
Are you playing a killer?: If yes, how are your feels about Will coming across the crime scene, and getting in touch intimately with the execution of the muuuuurder? He probably won't go too out of his way to do this at first, but he's all noble about saving lives so, y'know, it may happen eventually.
Is your character a mind-reader?: If yes, any information related to Hannibal in Will's mind is out of bounds unless with permission of
bonvivant. Otherwise, are you interested in your mind-reader catching noise from Will's mindscape? This can range from memories of wee baby Will to his present state of nightmare fuel. For reference, his visualosities.
Is your character a doctor?: The closer to a neurologist, the better. He'll be trying to get in touch with anyone that can help him manage his encephalitis. Are you interested in your character getting involved with Will and his brain-sick? Be aware that if he doesn't get proper treatment and he starts experience symptoms again, it's unsure what he does in his lost time, but he does emotionally connect with serial killers...
If Will loses control of himself...: Do you want your character to be involved? His mind is host to graphic violence and murders and he is known for having a barely caged temper. While not actually having killed anyone, it's debatable that he could eventually.
Folks are more than welcome to opt out of CR with Will. Just say so here and I will refrain from tagging you.
